Message	Cal. I don't know where you want to start from, but the scenery and turns start around San Louis Obispo (about an hour north of Santa Barbara). I did the ride a few years back from San Francisco to Santa Barbara on a bicycle, and it was one of the most scenic rides I've ever done. If you have some time, try to go as north as possible, at least to San Francisco (thru the Big Sir area). If you have the time, it also is pretty spectacular up into Oregon and Washington as well. Take your time and enjoy the ride. Hope you can make part of it, Mark
